Case 1: Fake Degrees in Mass Hiring

During 2021-2022 mass hiring waves, IT companies onboarded thousands of freshers. BGV backlogs stretched to 3-4 months. Candidates with degrees from unrecognized "universities" in UP and Bihar worked for months before being caught — some were never caught.
